I have one computer that has USB 3.0 and when I plug it into it, it works fine. I have plugged it into 4 different computers on 2.0 and none of them can read it. Some give the "Not Recognized" error and one does nothing at all. So my question is? Is the drive bad or or is there a software fix to this issue?
