I went to settings>Update & Security>Recovery>Reset this PC>Remove everything>Remove files and clean the drive. Windows did say it will be harder to recover files with this option. I thought I chose the option that will keep a Windows.old folder in my driver and I will be able to save the files i need after reinstalling the windows.
