"WD Passport on, but not showing up" , When I plug my WD Passport 1TB into my dell precision mobile workstation 7510, the light comes on, but it doesn't connect. It is not in device manager, disk manager, or anywhere on the computer. I have tried every usb on this computer (they are all 3.0) and a usb flash drive is able to be read on all of them. It also does not make the notification sound. I am running Windows 11 & Windows 10 pro. When I plug the hard drive into my old laptop (windows 7) it works, and my desktop at work (Windows 11 & Windows 10). I am completely stumped.
