In the disk management, it says my drive is 'not initialized'. If I try to initilize it, a dialog appears "the request cannot be performed because of an I/O device error" for Master Boot Record or "the specified disk is not convertible because the size is less than the minimum size required for GPT disks" for GUID Partition Table.
