I've been wanting to use my external hard drive but it won't work. When I plug it in. The light turns on and it makes an awkward beeping sound. No. The beeping sound is not the 7, 3, 3, pattern like the others and it is not a constant beeping. It almost sounds like an alarm. The beeping goes on for about a minute or so and then just stops with the light still on. A video is attached showing the sound it makes. I have a Macbook Pro 2015 if that is part of anything.
