"WD My Book Essential 2 TB Not working", I am using a WD My Book Essential 2 TB External Drive, the problem is I can't access this drive. This drive does work on my LED Television when connected but it almost freezes my Windows Explorer and computer sometimes. The drive started to lag a lot somedays before I connected it to my TV.. It kept on flashing light and scanning. Then after some days I transferred video data and I wanted to check if I could run this drive on my TV. It did but now it doesn't work on my PC. I've ran the Disk Management and after a long long time displayed its partition which was RAW Partition. I tried to update the firmware but still the same. I've ran the chkdsk also but even after keeping my pc running for 2 1/2 days no results. Please help me as I want to recover the data in it.
