"Unrecognized Seagate External Hard drive", Recently my external hard drive stopped working. I connected the drive with the stock adapter and usb cable it comes with to my Windows 11 & Windows 10 computer and it clicks 3 times and starts spinning. The computer however does not recognize the drive, it does not show up on the in the device manager or disk management.
