" Toshiba Satellite L50 ssd appears disappears in bios ",i have a Toshiba Satellite L50-A-1D6 and i bought a Kingston V300 120 GB SSD. The problem: turn the pc on, bios set at its defaults, install windows using a usb pen formatted with rufus using uefi. Installation completes, it restarts, windows won't load because no bootable device is found. I go into the bios and the ssd doesn't show up anymore. When i reboot it never shows up. But if i turn the pc off and then on it works. But sometimes it doesn't. Now, it could be the ssd, but i tested the ssd in another pc and it worked (installed win on it). This pc where i tested it had another ssd with win installed using uefi and the bios had the correct settings. On the toshiba i tried changing CSM boot to Uefi boot but nothing after the installation but nothing. I add that at the first try, before installing, it was set to Uefi boot and ssd did not show up. I changed it back to CSM, saved, exited the bios, went back into it, and it SHOWED up.
