Can some someone please help me get a solution, thanks in advance, some useful information follows: It is connected to an Asus Sabertooth 990fx 2.0 with all drivers up to date I have downloaded and installed the latest USB controllers for this MB from Asus It has only been plugged to this PC and to a Samsun Smart TV D8000 series My OS is Windows 8.1 up to date Update: while connected to the USB 3.0 port, SeaTools (seagate diagnostic tool) cant find any error on the drive. Update 2: while connected to the USB 2.0 port the device does not appear even on disk management
