"Inaccessible boot device error windows 10 ", I was presented with an extremely frustrating BSOD error. After a day of research. I haven't found a solution to my problem, for as the solutions them selves would have issues. I'm not sure why this is happening, it was random. I loaded up my pc and got the error. I am running an Alienware 17, Windows 10, 8 GB ram, GTX970 M graphics. I tried a factory reset, however upon attempting to restore my computer to factory defaults, I am notified that the disk where windows is installed is locked. Naturally I looked up a solution to unlock the disk, which involved using CMD. However yet another error appeared, I don't remember what it said exactly but somewhere among the lines of "disk 0 doesn't exist" I believe. I tried booting into safe-mode, not sure how to do that outside of computer access. I then started to look in my bios, I restored everything to defaults, (Having not edited anything in the first place), restarted and was able to access my computer. I restarted to see if the issue was gone but it gave me the same BSOD, I tried my method again, got into my computer and tried a factory reset from within the computer. It required a restart, I restarted and before loading the factory reset window and such, it gave me the same BSOD, I then saw a solution which seemed to work for the majority, which was to boot into safe-mode, and then from within safe-mode, restart. However, my issue being I can't get into safe-mode. From within my computer, I when to settings, Update & Security, Recover, and chose advanced start up, in the hopes of me being able to load into safe mode. I restarted and before any advanced boot options came up, the BSOD did. Attempting to load from an image just gives me another error, as well as anything I could think of. I usually find a way to fix these issues my self, however this is a rare case. I tried to use a usb, but my bios load order would not detect it. If you have any ideas that may help, please help. I can only access my computer by resetting bios to default. I am not sure if this is whats actually allowing me to long on, or just me opening the bios in general, or the extra wait time while in the bios.
