I've changed GPU's before and I know the drill, at least on a basic level, so I can't identify the problem. At first I completely removed the NVIDIA driver. Next I put in the new GPU. After plugging the card in and turning on the computer, the motherboard display screen (the one that says "Press F2 to enter BIOS Setup" etc.) shows the error code "5A". After a few seconds the screen then goes black, only displaying "0_" in the lower right corner. After this nothing happens on the screen, but all fans keep spinning the system SOUNDS to be working normally. The two green leds above the Power Pins on the GPU light green, showing that th card receives power correctly. I've tried playing with different BIOS settings and disconnecting both many USB devices and I've also tried unplugging all SATA devices.
