"Formatted hard drive now PC won't boot", Recently my computer had been running really slow and the hard drive has been almost filled with programs I no longer use so I decided to format the hard drive and start again with a fresh install if windows 8. I made a new partition on the hard drive of 100gb and then installed windows 8 to this partition. Then from within the new install of windows 8 I formatted the main partition wiping it completely. Now the computer won't boot. When I turn it on it just loads up a blue screen with the mouse cursor which I can move around but nothing else. No icons or anything. What have I done wrong and how can I fix it?
