my WD passport not working I/O device error, My passport 2 TB use to work until my computer was upgraded to windows 10 from Windows 7 now it is listed as a disk drive and I have almost 500 GB videos and pictures that I need I have tried all kinds of stuff please it someone know what I can do?Changing the device board with another same new board can make it work? For me the file is more important from the old device than the new WD passport device...so i plan to buy another new 1 and change the board. Is it working? Can i used same model but different capacity disk
