I'm using the brand WD my passport 2TB Hard Disk, this hard disk been used for past 3+ years, recently the hard disk can't open and the message shown as below: "The disk in drive G is not formatted? Do you want to format it now?"

Downloa Aidfile data recovery software, Use "Unformat" to recover files from the partitions before you format the External Hard Drive
Use "Recover partition" to recover files from External Hard Drive old partitions changed or damaged or deleted.
Use "Full Scan" to recover raw files from External Hard Drive, to recover files from External Hard Drive if partitions show as "raw" or recover deleted files which can not be found with "undelete" and "unformat" and "recover partition" after showing an error,display as raw file system,unformatted,unknown partition,unpartitioned,needs to be formatted.
