Micro sd says it needs formatting but need the data that is on it?

I have a 32gb micro sd card that i use for storing family photos on. when i insert it in the computer using the adaptor that takes micro sd cards it says device needs formatting (i also tried it in a phone doesn't pick up the device), but if i format the device everything would get deleted and i need all the data, please could you help me recover the data without me having to format the device. i have tried some recovery methods such as memory recovery etc but none of the recovery methods pick up the device or recover anything , i have tried different pc's but still nothing.

Sometime when we want to access a disk / drive / partition memory card, SD card, a popup dialogue box is shown bellow as: "The disk in drive is not formatted. Do you want to format it now?". In this situation, the file system is shown as "RAW" when we check the disk property. If we click "No", the partition cannot be accessed. On contrary, if we click "Yes", of course, we will lose all of the files stored on this partition.

2, Use Aidfile data recovery software "Full Scan" to recover files by file types if the card showing as "raw" file system partition..
