Micro SD card has gone RAW, Showing as raw file system and is not able to format,how do I fix it?

32 Micro sd card problem (Showing as raw file system and is not able to format),i have a 32gb micro sd card class 10. Now after sometime i had some problems so i had to keep formatting it. One day wanted to use it in my phone and it said "damaged sd card do you want to format it" However when did this it didn't really format it and it was just in a loop trying to fix the damaged sd card. I however put the sd card into my pc using an adapter and the drive always is not accessible and i cant even format it. I go into computer management also and it doesn't work as it shows that the drives file system is raw and there is a primary partition.

Sometime when we want to access a disk / drive / partition memory card, SD card, a popup dialogue box is shown bellow as: "The disk in drive is not formatted. Do you want to format it now?". In this situation, the file system is shown as "RAW" when we check the disk property. If we click "No", the partition cannot be accessed. On contrary, if we click "Yes", of course, we will lose all of the files stored on this partition.

2, Use Aidfile data recovery software "Full Scan" to recover files by file types if the card showing as "raw" file system partition..
